President: Keith Parker

Keith Parker, RBEC, RRC, REWC, RWC, RRO, CCS, CCCA , CDT holds a multitude of professional registrations and is an active member of the Constructions Specifications Institute, IIBEC, and has served on the Building Enclosure Council of Charleston Board since 2014. Keith has been a part of the REI Engineers’ Charleston, SC Branch since 2006 and is currently a Senior Project Manager responsible for developing specifications and drawings, performing evaluations, calculations, contract administration, construction management, and project quality assurance. Current involvement with IIBEC includes serving on the Carolinas Chapter Board, both the Emerging Professionals and Codes and Standards Committees as well as attending the annual IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show where he serves annually as a Student Mentor.  In his off time, Keith enjoys visiting craft breweries and playing golf.

Vice President: Codee Goff

Codee grew up in Lexington, South Carolina and continues to live in the surrounding area. He has been in the construction industry for over 15 years with a background in land surveying that has transitioned into Building Envelope Consulting. Codee is currently holding several registrations with IIBEC such as, Registered Roofing Consultant, Registered Roof Observer, and Registered Exterior Wall Observer as well as achieving his Construction Documents Technologist certification from CSI. He is also continuing to grow in our industry and is currently serving as Chair of the RRO Exam committee. Additionally, Codee is also a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves, and he has continued to serve since 2011.
